- Free Standard Shipping: U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days once shipped.
- Standard Shipping for U.S. Orders under $100: A calculated shipping charge applies, with delivery expected within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Costs vary depending on the selected option, delivery location, and package weight. Estimated delivery dates are displayed during the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order at thelemonsugar.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Order Cancellation & Modification
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 1 hour after the order has been placed. After the 1-hour window, we cannot guarantee that the order will be immediately canceled.
Responsibility for Shipments
Once shipments leave our facility, they become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We cannot be responsible for any issues that arise during transit. If you have trouble with your order, please contact us at support@thelemonsugar.com.
Exchange Policy - No Returns
We hope you love your purchase! Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you received the wrong item and your stencil is still unopened, we’re happy to assist with an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Exchange Process
All exchanges must be processed through our customer service team. Reimbursement cannot be initiated without having contacted the team. To begin the return and refund process, please email support@thelemonsugar.com for a complimentary pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return shipment and will send an email confirmation detailing your refund.
Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us with photo proof within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a refund or replacement as soon as we’ve reviewed your claim.
Please note that stencils must be unopened and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but is stolen or cannot be located, we are unable to refund the order amount.
Damages Due to Misuse
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
